Not a Dream

I think I'm developing an obsession of sorts about Burton's Alice In Wonderland. The shock. This is an older Alice, returned from China, washing her face. It was not a dream, woman, so don't you forget about it!

Lately I've wanted to draw something detailed, something worth making detail captions of. Well, this isn't quite what I wanted, but it is what it is.

There are 2-4 things in the way of me and super detailed (digital) drawings: I lack the skill and the patience (especially patience), and Painter likes to crash if the picture is too large. Like this one. Also, I'm running out of space on my hard drive, so bummer.
